EXPERIENCED CONCRETE LABORER
JOB DETAILS:
Jim’s Excavation is looking to add an experienced, dependable concrete laborer to our crew. We’re a family-owned excavation, demolition, and asphalt paving company serving Southern Minnesota, and we take pride in doing quality work the right way.
This role focuses on concrete work across a variety of residential, commercial, and agricultural projects. You’ll be responsible for grading new projects, setting and bracing concrete forms, assisting with pours, and finishing concrete, while working alongside an experienced crew on active job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:

Holds a Class A CDL

2+ years of experience grading and preparing concrete projects

2+ years of experience setting concrete forms

Experience pouring and finishing concrete

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
