EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATOR
JOB DETAILS:
Jim’s Excavation is looking to add an experienced, dependable excavator operator to our crew. We’re a family-owned excavation, demolition, and asphalt paving company serving Southern Minnesota, and we take pride in doing quality work the right way.
This role focuses on operating excavators efficiently and safely across a variety of residential, commercial, and agricultural projects. You’ll be responsible for running equipment, performing utility work, assisting with structural demolition, and supporting overall site operations while working alongside an experienced crew.
Preferred Qualifications:

Holds a Class A CDL

2+ years of experience operating excavators efficiently

Experience performing utility installation and repair

Experience with structural demolition

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
